Help us understand the issue

Include the academy name, what you were trying to do, the error message and the approximate time it happened. For a connected AI assistant, also tell us which assistant you use. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or private lesson content. If a screenshot helps, remove private information before sharing it.

AI assistant connections

See Connect AI tools for setup instructions and examples. To disconnect an assistant, open Settings > MCP server > Your connected assistants and select Disconnect. Headless access tokens can be revoked in the Access tokens section of the same page. If you cannot access these settings, email us with the academy and assistant name; we may need to verify that you manage the academy before helping with access.
