The student roster
The roster table lists the active students in the current academy. Each row shows:- Name and Email: the student’s display name and the address they signed up with, in separate sortable columns.
- Joined: the date they first accepted an invitation or created an account in your academy.
- Access: what they hold through your offers, shown as a Pass badge for Academy Pass holders or an offer count.
- Started: the number of courses they have started.
- Progress: an overall progress bar calculated across the courses they have started.
Each academy has its own student roster. If you run multiple academies from one account, switching academies in the top bar switches to that academy’s separate roster and progress data.
Viewing a student’s detail
Click any row in the roster to open a student’s detail panel. The panel has several tabs. Overview shows contact info, join date, and summary stats: courses started, courses completed, and overall progress percentage. Access shows everything that lets this student open courses, and is where you change it:- Offers held: the bundles or Academy Pass they hold, how they got each one (purchase, your grant, or a List that carries it), with a revoke action. Use Grant offer to hand them one.
- Course access: personal course grants from you, with Grant course to assign another and a revoke action on each. Revoking warns you if the course stays open through another path (a free course, a purchase, or a held offer).
- Purchases: their payment history, with a Refund payment action on each paid row. A full refund returns the money and ends whatever the purchase unlocked.
Inviting students
You invite students to your academy by sending them an invitation email. The invite links their address to your academy and, optionally, pre-enrolls them in courses you select.1
Open the invite dialog
On the People page, click Add student.
2
Add email addresses
Type an address and press Enter, comma, or Tab to add it. Paste a comma-, space-, or newline-separated list to add multiple addresses at once. Each address appears as a chip you can remove before sending.
3
Grant access (optional)
Use the pickers to attach one or more courses or offers (a bundle or the Academy Pass) to the invitation. Whatever you attach unlocks for the student the moment they accept. You can leave this empty if you want them to access only what your academy already grants.
4
Send invitations
Click Send invitation (or Send N invitations for bulk sends). Each recipient gets a branded email from your academy inviting them to join.
