When your academy is new

Home starts with a setup checklist. The recommended order can change to match what you told Fayne during onboarding, but it helps you complete the essentials:
  • Personalize a lesson
  • Add a course from the Explore Library or build one from scratch
  • Customize branding
  • Preview the academy
  • Invite your first student
  • Connect a custom domain
Select the highlighted next step to go to the right screen. Completed steps stay in the checklist as shortcuts. Home also links to the Explore Library, the AI course drafter, and this help center.

After you launch

Once the required setup steps are complete, the dashboard becomes a day-to-day overview.

Key numbers

New students, lessons completed, and completion rate, each compared with the previous month when data is available.

Course performance

Enrollments, average progress, lesson count, and completion rate for published courses.

Recent activity

A short feed of recent joins, learning, purchases, refunds, certificates, and grants.

Billing reminders

Trial, payment, referral, or subscription notices that need your attention.
Use Activity for the full event timeline and Insights for detailed filters and charts.

Invite from Home

Select Invite students in the Home header to open the same invitation window used on People. You can enter several email addresses and optionally grant courses, offers, or Lists.
